How does delivery work?

Delivery and assembly is free for all clients within 50 km of Montreal.
We offer a 10% discount if you decide to do the pick up yourself.

Is it easy to assemble?

Yes. Assembly (and disassembly) is easy and intuitive.

How does the payment work?

You can choose to pay in full before delivery or in 2 parts.
Paying in 2 parts involves a 25% initial deposit before delivery ($137.50), and the rest after delivery.

Payment methods: cash or e-transfer.

Do you accept returns?

Yes. If there are any defects within 3 months of delivery or if you feel like the product did not live up to our advertisements, we will process a partial refund and take back the product ourselves, all taken care of.

Partial refund = (the total you had paid) - ($125 for disassembly and return processing).
